Application
The tension-free TiLOOP® Mesh pelvic floor mesh is used for individual, defect-specific pelvic floor reconstructions.
Design
TiLOOP® Mesh is specially designed for surgical
treatment of individual and multiple problems.
TiLOOP® mesh
implants were developed to meet and exceed the requirements of surgical meshes
in the fields of urology, gynecology and surgery.
Material
| • titanized polypropylene | • pore size ≥ 1 mm |
| • prosthetic mesh | • tensile strength > 16 N/cm |
| • monofile fiber | • laser-cut edges |
With an ultra light weight of only 16 g/m², TiLOOP® Mesh meets the high standards of modern, patient-oriented surgery.
Implantation procedure
TiLOOP® Mesh can be adapted to individual requirements and cut to size. It is primarily used to reconstruct area defects of the pelvic floor. When TiLOOP® Mesh is used, the static characteristics of the true pelvis should always be carefully noted. Customized use should only be performed by experienced surgeons.
The outstanding effectiveness of titanized polypropylene in surgery has been demonstrated in more than 175,000 hernia operations worldwide.
