Titianzed synthetics -
it all began with a development in nanotechnology!

The secret of making titanium as flexible as synthetic material is the extremely thin and even titanium layer of only 30 nanometers.

In a reaction process the titanium containing molecules are split into their atomic elements, which occures at a temperature of only about 45 ° C (almost body temperature).

The synthetic substrate is not altered in its physical or mechanical properties, nor does it melt. Subsequently the titanium atoms adhere to the entire surface of the synthetic substrate. The geometry of the substrate is irrelevant in this process, thus most complicated forms, even knots, can be coated completely - there is room for an atom in every little gap! The synthetic molecules and the titanium atoms form a covalent chemical compound, an electron pair bonding.

The result is a compound material: Titanized Synthetic!

In principle this technology is applicable to all synthectic materials and also to other metals such as silver, iridium and others.
